Thieves, stay away!

These people are THIEVES! Booked in Agoda and put the wrong dates by mistake, tried to change but the system would not let me so I canceled and re-booked with them for the same number of days but a different month. They refused to give me my money for the first booking, it was literally one hour between cancellation and re-booking. Tried calling many times, just got the music and wasted long distance minutes.

Worst hotel in Manila. I'd never go there again. Room service was horrible. I locked out of my room three different times. Completely dissatisfied 😒. I will never return here . Rooms were horrible. I was here for 5 nights and one of the worst experiences I've had in a hotel

On my recent visit to Manila everything about this Eurotel Pedro Gil was impeccable! First room was cozy/clean with window and then upgraded to a suite for a small up-charge. I think the main difference was suite had a tub. ALL staff was courteous including guard out front! Felt very safe and secure! Extremely convenient location across from the Robinson Mall and short walk or Jeepnee ride to Dolomite Beach(no sand, all rock pebbles) Hotel was quiet even though VERY busy & loud street out front. Would recommend horse drawn carriage ride to see the sites including Chinatown-Manila. Money well spent on that, NEGOTIATE EVERYTHING! 8 0ut 0f 10 people speak English in Manila!! Don't waste your money on breakfast at the mall(except for Krispy Kreme), the hotel Buffet was fresh, not crowded, and a real bargain with MANY choices!! Hotel crew was VERY responsive to all of my requests.

It’s a nice very clean and friendly staff budget hotel in Malate area of Manila. It’s a cross the street from Robinson place that have many nice restaurants. The hotel have a breakfast buffet downstairs and also nice room service around the clock. Transportation to and from the airport is available and the guy is extremely helpful and polite, we used it 3 times from the airport and 4 times yo the airport in February 24. The hotel rooms on the upper floor are nicer but all of them are fine, nice beds and shower with hot and cold water. The staff are super friendly. I had a nice stay there and will return next Manila trip

The hotel is very clean in a great spot opposite Robertson's supermarket easy to get a taxi. The star for absolutely great looked after us as if we were there own love this hotel. I wouldn't have picked another hotel because this hotel is absolutely great one of the best I've actually been to I would recommend this hotel to anybody who's going to Manila.
